It was terrible. You know, I mean, he got it he got he got it installed. He quoted me a price, you know, and I said, Well, I have a sound bar, too. And then he put two holes in the wall instead of one. You got it mounted. Uh, but didn't he says, Well, I can't do the sound bar, I don't have the right stuff. And I went, Well, I told you I needed it. He says, Well, I'll be back next Week, which was last week, to finish it up fine. I've called him three or four times. I've texted him and nothing. He doesn't return my calls. He doesn't return my text. He doesn't return email. I sent him a long text saying, hey, you promised you'd Be out here, and you'd so the job isn't finished. He took my old TV, but he left trash everywhere. He didn't take the The box. He didn't take any of the things the TV came packaged in. You know, I don't know if he was supposed to or not, but he certainly Didn't he just kind of left him lying in my garage? You know, there was a mess where he'd done his work that I had to to help clean up. And then, while you're doing that, you know, he actually did call me back yesterday, but then he didn't answer the phone when I said hello, and then he hung up. project has not been finish he was in the phone all the time.

The whole thing was great. Communicated well, even though we ran into several issues with mounting the TVs, Jarrett was quick to find a solution and got the job done. Would hire him again.

I needed an 85” TV mounted on the wall in my living room. The area of the wall I wanted my TV mounted on is between two windows. I have an open floor plan with one window in the living room and the other window in the kitchen. Jarrett suggested I have the TV centered in between the windows since I had a full motion TV mount- I can turn the TV towards the living room or kitchen which worked out perfectly! He worked efficiently and had my TV mounted in less than an hour. When I posted on Angi, he responded with a quote of $175. When I talked to him on the phone, he quoted me $165. After the work was done, I paid $185 with no extra work other than the simple one I requested and I provided my own TV mount. Overall, I would use him again since he worked efficiently and got the job done, however, next time I would make sure we agree on one price.

Next Level Living is the absolute best. Same day quote and service. Jarrett found and implemented a solution on how to hang my floating TV stand that was previously installed, but failed, by another person. In addition, he installed my TV to the wall. I will definitely call on Next Level Living for other projects and recommend them to friends and family.
