Our water heater started making loud popping sounds and wasn't keeping the water hot for very long. Next Level Plumbing, Water Heaters, and Sewer checked the unit, explained what was going wrong, and recommended replacing it rather than putting more money into repairs. They installed the new heater, tested the connections, and made sure we had hot water before leaving. The whole process was straightforward, and the new system has been working well.

Next Level has always been quick to respond to our calls. We feel like a priority customer. Yesterday morning we realized our hot water heater was leaking water from the top (into our garage) after we weren’t getting hot water inside. Our tech was there by 9:30am and left after 6pm once we were 100% squared away. Excellent service as always.

Utterly outrageous quotes - and they charged me $39 for the privilege. To replace the cartridges in my bathroom faucet was over $800 (cost of cartridges is actually about $20 each). To replace the faucet entirely? They quoted $480 (NOT including the cost of the faucet - I needed to supply it). Other quotes are as low as a quarter of this. Beware and proceed with caution

I own an older home (1974 built), and the drains for the guest bath failed - old cast iron. Byron, was easy to schedule an estimate with. He arrived on time, and was very thorough in walking me through my options. His quote was timely, and was the best price of my 3 quotes. My cousin, who was visiting, said she would hire him to do a lobotomy - she was so impressed. They were able to start quickly, helped me with sourcing everything. They kept me informed, and were very kind. Evan came to do the demolition, and the plumbing. He was kind, explained things to me, tolerated my dogs, and worked tirelessly. He even came back on Saturday, to fill in the trenches after the inspection on Friday. I felt completely at home with them and their work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
