When I learned that I had hail damage to my roof, I knew nothing about roofers nor did I know any roofers personally. Since a lot of my neighbors also had hail damage, I received lots of flyers on my door and a few roofers stopped by. I checked out all of these roofers and had gotten one quote and was thinking about getting a few more quotes. And I was still waiting on my insurance adjustor to show up and do his inspection. Luckily one day, Steve Bradrick of Next Level Roofing & Remodeling stopped by my house. Steve inspected my roof spending about an hour (could have been less, could have been more) on my roof. The other roofers' inspector only spent about 10 minutes total at my house & only took three photos. Steve took lots and lots of photos. My insurance adjustor eventually showed up to have pictures taken (he didn't do it, he had someone else do it). Steve explained very thoroughly the process that they go through and answered all of my questions. And then it was time to wait on the insurance adjustor and the insurance company. He was very patient with me as I know I bugged him a lot until the work got started. Steve and his crew did an EXCELLENT job installing the new roof and did a thorough cleanup job so I wouldn't have to worry about nails or other debris. And after the first heavy rains, Steve came and inspected my attic to verify there were no leaks and there were NONE. I was not expecting that and do not believe that any of my neighbors that did not use Next Level Roofing had an after inspection. I know of at least one neighbor who had to call their roofer for leak! Next Level Roofing & Remodeling may not be the cheapest roofer, but they are the BEST in my humble opinion.
