Sliding Door or Tracks Repair
John was very professional in his approach to my problem. He arrived as schedule to look over the problem and decide on an approach. Returned 2 days later as agreed and resolved my problem. His workmanship and approach is, as I have said, is very professional. I would definitely use him again for any door or window problems.

From filling out my info on Home Advisor to the job being finished, the entire process was very easy. John contacted me first therefore he got the job and we couldn't be more happy he did. Great professional at what he does, courteous, and punctual. Communication was always there from setting up the appointment to getting a quote to finishing the job right. If you're looking for someone honest and professional, keep looking. Any communication I have had from him has been immature, insulting and entirely unprofessional. Here is an accounting of the facts: I accidentally overpaid and he would not refund the difference. He came out to determine parts needed; then came out 2/20 to install parts; I issued an electronic check which my financial institution has tracked the payment and stated it was received on 2/27 which is within 7 days not 21 as he claims; he came out a 3rd time to fix the sliding door because it was not repaired properly.
