Next Step installed some special camera equipment at my home. Lines had to be run inside the walls. The installations were perfect and completed quickly. Some new equipment was not working to Next Step satisfaction. They made several trips to determine how all was working. Finally they ordered and installed different equipment as the first did not meet manufacturers spec's. All is working as they said it would and doing an excellent job. Next Step always came over in company shirts and always called in advance and were always on time. We are very pleased with Next Step. If you need professional installation, which will be done expertly, these are your folks.

A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. They were flexible with their arrival time, explained everything to me as they went along, stayed true to their estimate and even cleaned up after themselves before they left!! Jason the owner worked great with his ADA employees. His use of sign language and patience with his two employees was amazing too see. Not only did he show a great deal of compassion to the two guys he had (One having a mental disability along with being deaf. But the younger one he was working with wow!!) . Jason and his two boys were still on time.
