Tony when he gave the estimate which he didn't put in writing and I forgot to ask for it changed the price when I told him, he agreed to paint the wood around the windows. He did a good job but if I hire him again I want everything in writing so there is no way he can ask for more money.

Tony installed handles into my new kitchen cabinets, and also trash sliding device. Everything looks well and work as it should, and reasonable pricing, I would definitly call him again if I need.

Tony cleaned out o soffit venti and installed baffles. While in the attic he noticed a bad AC duca work connection and fixed that. We will not know how the soffit job works untial after it snows 16 inches, but he seemed knowledgable, and did clean , neat work. He works for himself, and scheduling was a bit unorganized. We would recommend him.

Tony called and showed up when he said he would. He's a pleasant and knowledgable guy who took the time to review my outlet problem and explain the situation. He fixed the problem, and at a reasonable cost. I'll hire him again for my next fix/project.

I hire Tony for a rental house so I have not personally seen his work, however the tenant is always satisfied with Tony's work. For me, as far as the tenant is satisfied, I'm happy. Tony does great work and is reasonably priced, but he is extremely busy so it is difficult to get him to schedule the work. If the work you need done is not urgent, Tony is worth waiting for but if it's urgent, you might have to look for someone else that may be available sooner.

When I use next step construction I always know I'm getting a professional as Tony is always prompt and on time and the work always completed and correct I very highly recommend next step construction with a commitment and outstanding work done every time

This is an honest and reliable company. They took good care of the rest of the house while remodeling was underway. They added extra tasks which became apparent once the job was started. I would recommend them to anyone. I have hired them for several other projects.
