I have been using Nexus for about 5 months now and I have never been happier with a service. I have 0 pest experience and have never had a problem in previous homes in the city. After buying a home a bit more on the rural side, we soon learned how many pests we had to tackle. Then came fall and the stink bugs and box elders started creeping in. When I tell you that Nexus has worked TIRELESSLY to bring my numbers down to nearly none. I used to have 40-50 stink bugs on each window of my second story, after a few treatments I actually have to leaf blow daily all of the dead carcasses away outside because of how well their treatment works. Not to mention the customer service, Christina and Mo are amazing, when I call I feel as though I am talking to friends. Family owned business feel with the utmost corporate professionalism. Great job Nexus, thank you for tackling our pests.

Will in the office was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Ed who came out to access our problem was equally helpful and knowledgeable. His inspection was very thorough and he kept us informed on his findings. He told us up front what we would need to do and quoted the pricing up front. When he came back to do the service he once again kept us informed on what he was doing and why. He arrived at the designated time and called if the times needed to change. He has a great personality and made working with him a pleasure.

Will, called me right away, after explaining, my needs vs concerns for the environment. He arrived exactly on time, explained my problem areas during the exception we did together. The price is what was quoted. He said it is expected to take up to 21 days to get full effect of the carpenter ant problem, but after 3 days i am seeing a drastic decrease already. Will be using him for a long time to come, and recommend him and pass on my new knowledge to my friends and family. Very pleased.

I spoke to two other exterminators that were recommended by Home Advisors - The first one schedulled a time to "assess" the job he didin't call to cancel or show at the time he set. The 2nd person scheduled a time he was unclear about the price said he had to look at the job. He at least called last minute to say his other job was bigger then he thought so he canceled for that day. I called Nexus right away as at this point I was tired at being jerked around. Thank God for Nexus - he was clear he knew how much he was going to charge and he came when he said he would! I refered him right away to a friend and he gave me a discount on top of it. There is no substitute for being clear and doing good business ...Thank- you.

We had a yellow jacket and wasp problem. The technician was very responsive and called me within an hour of my inquiry. He came on a Sunday and completed the job in a timely manner. We asked him many questions. He was very patient and answered all of them. I would highly recommend Nexus!
