Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
They were very professional, reliable, and responsible. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day. They do quality work, timely, and worked extra hours. I would hire them for my next project in Spring.

brand new bathroom, kitchen, and closet. Thank you so much HomeAdvisor for connecting me with Nezmex. When I was looking for contractors for renovation, the most important part for me was to look for a contractor who is professional, trustworthy and reliable. The first time I met Pako at a job site he and his team was working at, he gave me the confidence instantly, my gut told me he is a great person and I was 100% right. Also because I was at the job site, I was able to see their excellent hand work before hiring them. It took a little longer than expected to start the renovation because of the COOP approval and etc, but Pako and his team was very patient and very helpful referring me to places to look at supplies and materials. The renovation went extremely smoothly. If the COOP building didn't have a strict 8am to 4pm working hours, I believe they could have finished my renovation in less than 3 weeks. Very efficient and great work! I will definitely refer Pako to my friends who are looking to remodel their homes. Thank you again Nezmex for transforming my home.

This company is professional and does high quality work. The bathroom renovation was done according to schedule. The workers that were assigned to the job were experts and their work demonstrated a high level of excellence. The project lead, Francisco Rodriguez is extremely knowledgeable about the current trends in Brownstone and other New York City home designs. We were so impressed and satisfied with the bathroom renovation that we hired him to renovate the entire apartment and hallway. We are also hiring this company for two other projects and have requested Francisco. If you want a professional high quality job done, hire this company and request Francisco Rodriguez.

Bathroom - Remodel
The pros at Nezmex are reliable, professional and honest. They renovated my kitchen and bathroom and did an amazing job. I'm still receiving compliments when people see my home. I would definitely use them again, but would ensure that all of the details get put in writing because a few compromises had to be made in the end due to things falling off the radar. Francisco went above and beyond to make everything right, though which is why I would still give a solid 5 stars.
