I found Nice & Fast Construction on Angie's. Jaime Duchi and his staff did a very good job repairing my roof over my kitchen in the back of my room. He stripped the layers of all old roofing materials, added new wood to replace rotted wood, matched the asphalt shingles with my existing roof shingles, installed new ice and water shield on edge, and installed new aluminum brown flashing. His guys too away all the debris. I would highly recommend Nice & Fast! Rev. MJH This is the second time I used the services of Jaime Duchi and Nice and Fast Construction at my home. Jaime inspected the rest of my roof after replacing the roof over my kitchen. He showed me photos of problem areas on my roof that explained why my livingroom ceiling had leaks. After Jaime took off all the layers of the old roof, he showed me the shoddy work mybprevious roofing contractor had done. That contractor left old Spanish tiles and old plywood in the rafters of my roof. It was no wonder that I continued to have leaks and problems with my roof. Jaime also found a squirrel's nest and a decomposed squirrel carcass in my roof, not to mention a bird's nest! Jaime took photos and videos of my roof at every phase of the repair. Jaime installed new plywood and gutter covers to prevent animals and bees from getting into my roof and home. Jaime covered all my windows, A/Cs, my bushes and flowers. Moreover, he put down a tarp and placed all the old roofing materials and debris on the tarp. Because it has been an unprecedented rainy May, Jaime kept me updated on a start date for my project due to weather delays. He also covered all the debris to prevent the debris from being rained on and blown around. Jaime and his crew cleaned up and properly disposed of all the debris. He even used a magnet to go around my yard and picked up all the nails. Jaime and Nice and Fast Construction will continue to be my preferred contractor for my roofing and siding needs and projects! I highly recommend Jaime and Nice and Fast Construction without hesitation!

My neighbor highly recommended Jaime, to put up new siding on my house. He was very prompt to come and suggest the repairs needed. He gave me a reasonable price. He and his workers are very knowledgeable, reliable and did an amazing job. He came back recently to do another job and again I am very pleased with the results and his recommendations on how to fix a problem with very old wooden siding. The name of his company is true ! They did an excellent job “Nice and Fast.” I will definitely have Jaime repair some problems with my skylight in the future.

It was almost like no work was done. Ahâ ¦.and I was left with a beautiful roof and chimney. The thing I liked the most was as soon as I gave him the deposit They came back ASP to start the job I didn't have to worry about calling them to see when will they get started.. We worked out a reasonable price as well. My roof looks great now. They also replace my gutters. I would definitely use them again. Nice and Fast recently performed some repairs on our roof. We had 6 existing drains on our flat roof replaced with new aluminum drains. Areas around the new drains and areas near vents were all sealed using a new silicone based roof extender. Nice and Fast were knowledgeable and professional during the job. We also appreciated the fact that they were prompt. The price for the job was also very reasonable considering the quality of work performed.

I hired him to repair a flat roof, my issue is he gave me a 5 year warranty and would not honor within the same year. I had asked him to supply pictures of before and after, but he never did. Before the year was over the roof was leaking again in the exact same area and they would not return to redo the work!!!
