Called them for a clogged drain and puddle forming below unit. Friendly, same-day service with reasonable price. Alberto took time to show me the problem and gave me tips for preventative measures. I'd definitely recommend them!

The workers explained what they were going to do and why. All work was done with care and not wasting time. The cost of the service was reasonable . I will definitely call them again for seasonal maintenance.

Alberto and Russell arrived on time and immediately saw the reason why the safety switch was stopping the system from cooling. They did the repair quickly for a great price and answered all of my questions. Hire these guys and you will be happy and cool (or warm in winter).

Did a good job but very expensive. They don?t provide a detailed a estimate or receipt to customer (no plumbers/HVAC repairmen do) because the labor costs are so high.

I had a problem with my AC and went to Angi. Within an hour I received a phone call. from Nice & Cool. I described what was going on and that I had shut the system down. I was told not only that what I did was correct, but also why. The next day a truck was in front of my house AT the agreed time, not somewhere around that time. Going through the system, step by step, it was realized that there was either a loose connection, or the recent power outage had caused a bit of resistance on that connector. But although repaired, he did not stop there. He changed my filter for me and took a photo of the cooling coils. We set up an appointment for a cleaning and inspection this fall. When they left, not only was my system running, but I was better educated about Central Air in general. I highly recommend them! (And I tend to be fussy.)
