*Unresolved damage and lack of follow-through
We engaged Nice & Fresh Cleaners for a routine home cleaning in March 2026. Immediately following the service, we identified damage to multiple pieces of furniture across several rooms.
We documented the condition promptly and notified the company. The owner, Bowie van Ling, conducted an in-person inspection on March 16. During that visit and in subsequent communications, we requested that the matter be addressed through the company?s stated liability insurance coverage, consistent with representations on its website. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have not been provided with a certificate of insurance or a clear path to pursue a claim. We made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this matter directly. As of today, it remains unresolved. While the company represents that it is bonded and insured and takes accountability seriously, our experience did not reflect those assurances. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this company
