Excellent service. Juan came to my house on a holiday to do an emergency install of a 50 gallon hot water tank after my existing one failed and flooded my basement. Will definitely use again when the need arises.

Good Guys is an understatement. I found the entire process to be a great one. My furnace had been on the fritz for some time when I contacted Juan. He was able to quickly assess the situation and get it going enough to warm my home in the dead of winter. After explaining its issues and what my options were we decided it would be best to replace the furnace as otherwise I would be looking at continuous problems from an old system. Juan worked with me to find the right replacement for my home and budget. The install went great and I'm happy to say I won't have to worry about my furnace for a long time thanks to Good Guys Heating and Cooling.

Juan installed a brand new water heater and fixed all my radiators. He worked quickly and efficiently and I had hot water within the hour. He was prompt, professional and courteous. I highly recommend his work is outstanding.

Within the hour Juan was at my home on a Saturday evening. My furnace would not stay lit and had a lot of soot. Within minutes he diagnosed the main issue, my furnace needed a really good cleaning. The heating elements were completely clogged and not allowing the heated air to vent. After reassembly my Furnace burned better then it had in the last five years. I highly recommend this company.
