Niche Custom Tinting

We believe this is fraud. We were lied to from day one. Our order for remote rolling outdoor shades was never placed though we paid over $10,000.

They missed my first appointment. They did come out and did half of the job. Some of the tinting needs to be re-done. Now they won't answer their phone, or return my texts and voicemails. I already pre-paid for work that hasn't been done. I'm about to do a credit card charge back if they don't finish the job. I do not recommend this company.

We recently bought our dream home, it has a million beautiful windows! We couldn’t dream of covering them all with blinds or curtains. I was googling for weeks of what to do for our windows. I read a million websites and reviews and finally stumbled across a company on home advisor for a company called niche. I set up an appointment for an estimate, and the rest is history! We had every window in our home tinted. Not only does it block the view of others, we can see out, and we are not blinded by the sun! The day they came out, our ac had been down for repairs, I want you to know that the temperature inside of our house went down two degrees just from them putting on the tint! It blocks the heat and damaging sun rays!! This stuff and the folks who do it are amazing!!! I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our choice! It is an investment for the future, and they back their product with a lifetime warranty!!! Who else can say that? Please let me know if you have any questions!!!! I was trying to get some west facing windows tinted for heat reduction. The windows were high on the wall of the landing on my stairway with a sloping wall reaching up to them. Several other companies I called said they could not do an interior tint because of the sloping wall. Jonathan looked at it and said they would make it happen. He and Daniel made it happen and were very cautious to ensure nothing was damaged. Daniel did a great job under difficult circumstances installing the tinting. No complaints at all about the quality of their work. If you are looking for a company to handle jobs other companies will not touch... call Niche!

Extremely professional

Jonathan is very knowledgeable. We discussed attractive ways to prevent people from "peeking" through the decorative glass on the front door. He was honest about future challenges I would face if I tinted a large, textured glass pane in the bathroom. He was able to offer solutions that were attractive and very functional. There are 6 windows that I didn't tint so that I could keep the cost down. I will be calling to complete the job in the near future.

The total experience with Charlie, Jonathan and Chris was first rate. Knowledgeable and personable and the project was completed on time and competently! Will call on them again.

Talked to him through the Home Advisor website on Tuesday evening, he came on Wednesday at noon and did a great job for exactly the price he quoted! Doesn’t get better than that!

Jonathan and Martin arrived on time and were very cordial. Needless to say, Jonathan is very knowledgeable about his craft. Since we live a distance from San Antonio, we were able to give the dimensions over the phone and get a quote. That was nice. This is a very large single window and we weren't sure how it would turn out. We were very pleased with the quality of the finished product. Superb job. We have already discussed with them the possibility of doing numerous other windows.
