Nichol Sealcoating

(Kevin Nichol) is an absolute horrible untrustworthy business person. He and or someone that works for his company completed oir newer home driveway seal coat project at our home within Alden Place and left black sealer marks and footprints on our sidewalk and on our painted house foundation. I contacted Kevin on several occasions and have proof of the calls and text messages, showing him photos of the black marks and sealant footprints on the sidewalk and a spot on our home foundation. I contacted Kevin from May 28th through June 6th either by phone or text. Each time he made an excuse and said he would be there the next day or within two days to get the sealant off the side home. He never showed back up and removed the marks. At this point we are going to contact the property management company and ask for Nichol Sealcoating to be banded from doing business in Alden Place. Two other homeowners on nearby streets had complaints regarding his work as well. This is one contractor you want to avoid. We are also lodging a negative remark with the BBB and County. Is a terrible thing when you trust a company to do the right thing and they lie and let you down.

From estimate to job done, was excellent.

They were friendly worked hard, said they stopped back to check on work in a week. We were home did not drive on driveway for six days. There a puck mucks or holes not filled in, seams are sloppy. Said they would come back to touch up if needed, so far several weeks later no show

They did the job as quoted. Very professional job. Had 2 driveways sealed. I was pleased with both jobs. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely hire them next year.

Nichols Sealcoating, poor quality job, product splattered on the house and garage doors. Called Kevin and he told me he would be by to correct the situation. He never showed up. I paid another company to correct the poor work he had done and they even removed the sealer from my garage doors. The company that did the do over was $125.00 cheaper. My advise, Do not use Nichols Sealcoating.

They were willing to share their knowledge which I respect. They arrived in a timely fashion and they were very neat with their application and did not leave a mess. I will recommend them to all.

I wanted Nick to fill the cracks and seal the driveway. He did everything I requested and he sealed the driveway by hand versus spraying. The best results when sealing a driveway is to brush it on by hand with a good product. I am extremely happy with the job he did.

They were timely, pleasant and very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was so pleased with what they did for me and I referred them to the place I board my horses. Their driveway was in bad shape and we were very happy with the work they did. They came and checked in on us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction after the work was completed. They were friendly and nice.
