Identified the problem and made a referral to someone who could fix the issue I really appreciated the rapid diagnosis and referral. I have had other repair persons keep trying to fix issues at great cost with poor results. It was refreshing to have an honest appraisal. Excellent customer service. Really went above and beyond in all aspects of the job. Corrected multiple issues in my home including replacing kitchen faucet, installation of a new toilet, cleared mini split water leaking, and replaced shower valve. Also had a second person Andrew helping and he was excellent also. They showed up 7:30am on a Sunday came back at 7:30am on Tuesday after picking up all the parts I wanted. If you need a plumber hire this guy
