The technician did a good job. Arrived on time. Hydro-jetting the kitchen drain, able to clean the drain pipe all the way to the main pipe.

I had an outdoor drain that was badly clogged, and VIP Sewer & Drain Services technician Miguel Macias, along with another team member, quickly diagnosed the issue as an overgrown tree root that had grown into and damaged the pipe. I had received estimates from two other companies, but neither was able to identify the problem. After hiring VIP, Miguel completed the repair in just half a day, despite the job requiring cutting through concrete, replacing the damaged pipe, and properly patching the concrete afterward. The entire experience was professional and thorough from start to finish. I highly recommend VIP.

Excellent work done on the same day as the initial call. Finished replacing the water main line from service to house and at the end of the day the yard looked the same as before the replacement.

Nick and Alvino were professional and seemed well experienced. They undertook the task of replacing my sump pump promptly and cleanly. They tested it and double checked all piping. I'd have no qualms about calling them back on any future plumbing jobs.

I highly recommend Nick. He responded to my request for services within minutes after the sewer line backed up into the showers and toilets. He evaluated the situation the same day and discovered roots and breakage in the sewer piping. Nick explained everything in detail along with video of the sewer pipes and let us know what work was being performed every step of the way over the course of a 3-day job. Nick is professional, fair in pricing, and extremely knowledgeable. He and his team did a great job. He also left everything spotless and clean. A few weeks later, we needed a new toilet since the original one was very old, cracked and leaking. He responded to my request within minutes and made room in his schedule to install a new toilet the very same day. Thanks again for a 2 jobs well done!
