Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures - For Business
Came right away and check out the problem. Work was done and they cleaned up after they were done. They installed new emergency lights that needed to be replace. Excellent customer service.

The saga continues! And I'm still a fan of Kevin Nichols. It's Sunday, the day after Kevin returned my call from out-of-state. True to his word, he did come to my house as soon as he got home today, and installed a new circuit breaker quickly and effectively. He stayed all the time I needed him, and answered all my questions about what I can and can't do in my new home with the appliances available. He patiently did the math with me about those appliances, so I now know which ones I can run at the same time. As for value for the money, I don't know that I've ever called an electrician before to know what the going rates should be. So you tell me ... Kevin had the new circuit breaker on him, and as I noted, installed it quickly and effectively: everything, including my refrigerator, came back on in less than 30 seconds! I kept him here, peppering him with questions, and doing that wattage math, for maybe 1/2 hour. He then took my check for $225. Good value? This is Wellesley Hills, so do you think there's a neighborhood bump? With my fridge off for 24 hours, and my laptop down to 50%, I highly value his speedy fix, strengthening my A+ for his customer service.

Kevin Nichols responded immediately, calling me from a vacation out of state, on a Saturday. He gave me free advice on the phone, and offered to come check out my problem when he s back, the next day, Sunday. I haven t met him yet to see his on-hands work, but he gets a A+ so far. I ll revisit this review after he visits my home!

Kevin came in and gave me a verbal quote upon which I hired him. When he wrote the final bill, it was way higher than quoted. When I contacted him he wasn t willing to modify bill. His answer was sorry for the confusion . So if you hire Kevin, get a quote in writing or better, don t hire him. Sloppy work overall. Placed old lamp metal pieces on white fabric couch!
