The installation of the Heating and AC was done good, but the condensation pump pipe installation was bad, called the service team to get it corrected, they are again asking for additional money to fix it. Does good service but is money.

I had a great experience with Nicholson plumbing and heating . Ray and his apprentice were friendly and prompt . They explained what needed to be done each step of the way. They were super neat as well . I would highly recommend Ray if you are having furnace /water heater issues !

The wiring from the street to the house and the breaker box were upgraded and replaced. Came on time, did excellent work. Took time to explain what was new and replaced and what room everything in the box was connected to. This is the third time using their services. We highly recommend them.

I was having a serious issue with blockage in my main drain pipe. After two days of being let down by other local plumbing companies that advertise emergency service, but don't come through, I called Nicholson Plumbing as suggested by a friend. They were very responsive and promised that a technician would be at my home right after his current job was done. Wayne (the technician) was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and communicated well. He also showed some ingenuity and perseverance in getting the snake machine set in a very tight space, and managed to pull a large amount of ground-up roots from about 45' down the line. This got the drainage flowing again, thus resolving the immediate problem. Thanks to the great service from Wayne and company that day, I will definitely be calling Nicholson first for any future plumbing issues.

Hunter was the technician assigned to our job. Our shower handle had broke and there was water dripping. Hunter came and gave me two options for fixing the problem. After I chose the full replacement, Hunter did a fantastic job of replacing the shower head, faucet and whatever else was needed to complete the job. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very professional and really knew his "stuff". I would recommend asking for Hunter. He was a great technician!

David was FANTASTIC to work with, what a great guy. He arrived RIGHT on time and was thorough about what would be included in todays work. He was transparent about all my options and I felt he truly had our best interest and safety in mind. Although I had more tasks than was on the original work order Dave was able to fix and replace everything in my basement that was needed. He was respectful, timely, accommodating, and neat. I worked with both Emily and Julia to schedule the service and they were informative, pleasant, and patient. My only surprise was the cookie cutter pricing applied to certain Jobs even if it was different circumstances, hence the 4-star pricing.

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
They were an experienced team of professonals from the salesperson Francis to the admin desk. They were very prompt in installing a new furnace in the dead of winter when it died on me. They were honest and kept me well informed. I "Highly" recommend this co!
