Nick came over today to help clean up our yard since the county brush and bulky pick-up in this coming Monday. Nick did a great job and help cut down a large tree limb that was hanging over our sidewalk. We also had some tile work done in our bathroom. Since I use a wheelchair he greatly improved the entrance to the shower area with some mosaic tile. it was a very difficult area to work in and he did a great job. He was promptly on time and finished as promised. <br />

So so I wanted 2 light fixtures installed and there was problems with both, Nick ended up repairing 2 lights instead. I am not allowed by my husband to use unlicensed contractors anymore and was so surprised that Angie's list would recommend unlicensed handymen. How do I in the future be sure I am only hiring licensed contractors?

My washer would not work. Ordered a new timer and was unable to install it. Nick came right over (on a Sunday-which was amazing)! He did a great job installing the new timer and making sure the washing machine performed properly. He also did some small miscellaneous jobs for me and is very pleasant to work with. I definitely will use Nick and his handyman services again! <br />

"Hmmm. Where to begin? I guess I will mention the price of the job. I did multiple tasks for the listed $200. One was indeed the sliding closet door hardware. When I did that particular job, I instructed you to tell your daughter to not let all of the stuff that was literally spilling out of that closet to obstuct the doors, or force it closed. That was why the old ones went bad in the first place. Obviously you didn't do that, and now you want to blame it on me. That was a brand new replacement kit, installed exactly to the manufacturers instructions."

We were delighted with the work, the cost and with Nick. He knows his business. The roof coating was done professionally and at very reasonable cost. While at our daughter's home he checked the evaporative cooler and alerted us to the fact that we had no working damper. He also checked and repaired a plumbing issue we were having. <br />

Nick removed an old ceiling fan that was broken. He replaced it with a new fan and made sure all the remotes in the house were properly set. He cleaned up everything and hauled off the old fan. <br />

.Nic did an excellent job. I've used him before and his service hasn't changed! He quickly responded to my request. He cleaned up the coupling on the hose and adjusted it to fit the outdoor faucet that also needed to be wire brushed and cleaned of corrosion, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Five stars!
