Nick is super nice and did a fabulous job laying wood laminate in McCord Candies?not the easiest floor job I?m sure! Nick was polite and trustworthy. He cleaned after each time being in the candy store and promptly came back when I needed a slight repair. I would highly recommend him!

Went above and beyond..

Absolutely quick response to my inquiry, and did an outstanding job. I had tree branches which flipped off my chimney cap in the recent high winds. We have a fairly steep roof. Nick first of all cut off all the nearby branches. Then he evaluated the mortar condition surrounding the internal chimney tile, noting a crack which he repaired by application of sealant, taking a phone photo of the crack before repair, and then took picture of it's condition after he sealed it. He then replaced the chimney cap and secured it by tightening the four set screws. All in about 45 minutes! Very well done, and I will use him for other needs in the future. Highly recommend. Very professional, and very straightforward.

I had two 14 ' x 17' wall niches in my bathrooms where built-in medicine cabinets were before. Nick "deleted" the niches and smoothed out the dry wall very well. Also, he repaired about a dozen other wall holes and, on his own initiative, also smoothed out irregularities in the wall left over from previously removed wallpaper. He did exactly what I requested, so the wall is ready for painting. He communicated well, was courteous and professional. Value he provided for the money was great. Highly recommended!

Nick is friendly, easy to work with, makes sure he understands what you want done before he starts the job, has reasonable rates, & is very hard working.

Nick looked at the project and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Upon our agreement, he immediately went to Minards, purchased the required materials, and had the projected completed within three hours. The quality of his work was excellent. One of the problems in grouting tile is removing the excess grout. I don't believer there is a single piece of grout located where it doesn't belong. I could not have asked for better service.

Nick was very prompt and courteous while at the job. He understood exactly what I wanted and didn't even mind me helping him. He offered a great price and since I needed it done asap, He was able to do it the next day. Which I was thrilled about. He put in some 5/8 " OSB decking in my garage attic. He did an excellent job and even went above and beyond what I wanted to give me some extra space overhead. Thanks Nick!
