My sump pump went out and I had an inch of water in a large part of a 2500 sq. ft. Basement. Discovered at 5:30 am on Saturday. Nate was here by 8:00 am and took care of the sump pump quickly. He then stayed to make sure it was working properly and used his shop vac to help me sop up the mess. That is service above and beyond in my book!
