Nick & Sons Roof Repairs

I hired Nick he was very detailed on what needed to be done! He started the job the next morning he came with a team of workers and to my knowledge was very professional and clean and got the job done the same day as promised and was the cheapest quote out of 5 other roofers I would definitely use them again and with recommend to friends and family

Horrible work the gutters are leaking called him numerous times says he will come no show many times. Lier to no end has one excuse after another. Will give it over my attorney DO NOT USE HIM. Read all the other reviews no good. They are regular gutters leaking all over.

Makes lots of promises but doesn't come through to fix anything. Poorly fixed a roof jyst a few weeks ago where the shingles are now falling off. He gives you a 30 year guarantee and a promise to apply the cost of the money spent to a future job. He operates under different names as well like Wolfie or B&B brothers similar to other companies. If you do a search of his name you will see he has had trouble before. Extremely dishonest.

Beware of this Company! Do not do business with them as you WILL be disappointed. I personally dealt with Nick Megel of â Nick & Sons Magic Roof Repairâ last December 2023 and he was hired to repair some leaks I had in my home specifically the bathroom and the kitchen. He was a nice guy, got the work done promptly and as part of the service he sold me, he included - â 12 year warranty no leak guarantee if any leaks occur contractor will return and repair within 24 hours if weather permits at no cost at a homeowner including labor and materialâ . It also included that if I decided to get the whole roof redone in the future he would take the cost off the repair and put it towards that work which was great. Letâ s forward now to October 2023, 10 months later. Leaks were now back in my bathroom after some heavy rainfall. The kitchen was fine so whatever they did there was good work. I called Nick as I knew he had sold me a â 12 year no leak guaranteeâ with 24 hour response time weather permitting. I got a hold of him right away but he was busy and said he would call me back which he did. Once I explained the issue he said he would send someone out to my home. A week goes by not a word from Nick. I call him on a Wednesday and he tells me how sorry and busy he was and that he can get someone to my house that Friday 2 days later but to call the next day Thursday to confirm the visit. I call the next day, he confirms heâ s coming Friday. Friday comes and goes not a single call, text, anything! A traditional â no call, no showâ extremely unprofessional! 3 days go by not a single follow up call, nothing. I then call him and get the same apologies, how busy he is and how the problem is that he canâ t get anyone specifically to my neighborhood. Not sure why as they had no issues coming to do the work in the 1st place 10 months ago. He now tells me how heâ ll call me back in about 40 mins and I tell him no rush just please call me later tonight. He agrees and then of course no call, no text and he now doesnâ t pick up my calls. I left him a message on how upset I was, how he is in breach of his contract and how I am now forced to pursue legal proceedings and to this day he hasnâ t contacted me. Steer clear of this business.

Did not finish the job. Did not return phone calls, texts, emails. Stole tools from us. He includes a warranty but what good is a warranty when he does not even finish the job in the first place and stops answering calls? DO NOT USE.

More problems than solutions.

They needed to come back and finish painting on the reflective paint on the roof and never came back.

In May, I hired Nick to install timberline shingles on the whole roof, flash in between seems, and remove all rubbish and debris. After the project, he left over 8 bags of trash, which I had to haul to the dump. He also failed to remove an old TV antenna, which he stated he would take care of. I had these repairs to fix a leak in my house. I leaked over 2 weeks ago in the same location. An insurance adjuster came to inspect and found that Nick used three different types of shingles, did not have any flashings, and used tar to cover up spots, piles of nails and debris were left over on the roof, and my air vent was covered with a plastic drinking cup. After speaking with Nick about the issues and sending him the adjusters pictures, he refused to answer my calls. I have called over ten times and sent several emails and text messages and he will not respond. I spent $11000 for awful service. He does not stand by his contract or his guarantee. I am disappointed by his lack of character, integrity, and quality of work.

Very friendly and they started the roof the very next day after the evaluation. They gave us options and worked very clean.

Overcharged me for a job that was not properly done and refused to come and fix it, made 3 appointments to repair the damage and did not show up for one, and threatened to charge $1000.00 extra to fix it.

Nick was very professional and a pleasure to deal with He stands behind his work 100%. My roof looks great they are neat and clean up was immaculate would highly recommend him to friends and family.
