Great Experience, from qoute request to installation. Angel was a great supervisor very informative. He sent me picture of every step of the roofing job. The crew was great, they perfect their work.

Once I requested a quote, Nick respond immediately and come to my home at the scheduled time. He looked around and explained all the process involved in the replacement. He had bought with him all the material samples. He even gave me a approximate price when we met first time. I received the quote 2 days later ( as he had promised) and to my surprise it was lower than the approximate costs that he quoted me before. Nick quote beat the other 2 quotes I looked at and hired Nick for the job. The team arrived at the scheduled date and time and within 6Hrs the job was done. they cleaned all the debris around and left without any issues.. From start to finish, Nick and team did a great job.. The quality of material, labor and price is pretty good. I highly recommend Nick if you are thinking about replacing roof..

We had an excellent experience with Nick Tracey Roofing! The onsite estimate was very thorough, all my questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner. When the issue arose due to our roof needing extra plywood and a pvc water barrier arose, it was handled without head ache. The information about the products and procedures was well presented. We really appreciated the quality and quantity of communication thru out the entire process. It was a job well-done and we are pleased with all aspects of our roofing experience.

I would definitely use them again, I thought they were great! I am super happy with the service they provided, as a homeowner I have found it is hard to find contractors and I am writing this review in hopes to guide other homeowners.
