Nick knew exactly how to repair our Samsung Dryer. He came out and made the repair in under 1 hour. I highly recommend him! Very nice man, fairly priced service and he got the job done right.

He was very professional but quoted me once price for a consult over the phone and a different price in person. He said if our dishwasher had the same problems in a month he would refund us all but his consult fee.

Nick called me back right away and scheduled my service call according to my convenience. The tech Jack came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem and told me the cost of the repair. I was given a senior citizen discount for the repair. I considered buying a new dishwasher but went ahead with the repair. There was a warranty pn the part. The part was ordered and was installed per my schedule.

Great service at a great price! Called and Nick came out within an hour to fix the oven igniter on our stove. No stove means no cooking dinner so it was pretty awesome he could make it out so quickly since we do have young kids. Thank you again Nick for quick and efficient service!

The repairman was to my home within the time given. He had good knowledge of the appliance and what was wrong. He seemed very professional and polite. The price for the work was what I was told it would be before he came and was reasonable. I recommend this company.

Nick called me promptly upon receiving my request. His technician came out that afternoon, diagnosed the issue with the fridge and ordered part. He returned within a couple of days and repaired the fridge. Very professional and reasonably priced! Will be my “go to” repair company from now on!!!

Nick was prompt and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, but had to order the part. He was able to find it locally instead of waiting for it to be shipped and was able to install it the next day.

Totally enjoyable experience. Nick was professional, friendly, went out of his way to quickly get the part and then came to service the washing machine the next day. He explained what he was doing, stayed to test it through a full cycle, made another tweak, and it is been all good in the two weeks since.

We have built in kitchen appliances that are 21 years old, and those sizes are not available anymore. That means we will need to repair them as long as possible or plan on installing a new cabinet as well. Nickel Appliance Repair called us not long after we posted the request on HomeAdvisor, and they gave us what they thought the problem was right over the phone. (We had already researched it, and we already knew what the problem was. We just didn't have the knowledge to fix it). Since that problem is the cheapest one to repair, we were pleased with their honesty. They scheduled the home visit within 3 days. When the technician arrived, he pulled the microwave oven out and quickly confirmed that what was wrong with it was what we had been told. He didn't have the part with him, but he was able to find it at the local hardware store. Voila! A quick trip to the store, and he had the microwave fixed within a few minutes. The charge was was less than the estimate had been. While taking the microwave out of the cabinet, the tech noticed that the control panel on our regular oven was also going bad. He suggested repairing that as well, because the parts are getting hard to find for ovens that are that old. He gave us a fair price for repairing that as well, and he even gave us a discount for repairing both appliances at once, even though he had to order the part for the oven and come back a second time to fix it. It was a pleasure working with a technician who knew what he was doing and got the repairs done quickly at a fair price. We would recommend Nickel Appliance Repair.
