Home Advisor sent a repairman that did not know how to fix a Kenmore fridge. I prepaid and have not received a refund yet, even though the repairman did not fix anything...

Response from Company:

The repairman that didn't know how to fix the fridge was not me. That was the previous repairman. Joe was a great guy to work with during this project.

Bill is very responsive, takes pride in his work, and did a great job. He actually did a better job painting my home than the builder. I was very satisfied and will use him again when the need arises.
