Have tried numerous times to get a hold of Mr. Nickerson for more projects but never get a call back

"I am truly sorry I have missed your call/s. I have been extremely busy and also have not gotten any voicemails regarding any projects in Orland. I do not typically resurface concrete driveways, patios, walks, and floors, is this something you have seen in my profile as something I do? I typically do not answer out-of-state phone numbers, is your number recognized as local? Either way, I apologize."

Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
He came out immediately. He patched the cement on my driveway floor and applied 2 part epoxy to the garage floor to prevent more damage. He power washed the entire house and garage (both large) as well as my deck . He applied clear waterproofing to the deck. All work was done WELL, no dawdling and you could see he was well versed in all areas. I am starting a new list for the spring. Fantastic results.

Drywall - Install
Excellent. I've never had a contractor ask me (text) if "it would be OK to come 15 minutes early".., mostly I would be happy if they showed up sometime THAT day.! Overall, super quality work, clean. Will happily use again.

Carpentry Framing - Install
Phil is very conscientious and meticulous in his work; he offers sound suggestions to improve my project design, and I was very happy with the work completed. He is knowledgeable in many work areas, and I plan to hire him again for several future projects I have in-home repair and improvement.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Mr. Nickerson has a great work ethic and commitment to doing the best job possible. I have great respect for his loyalty, ability, and admiration for his dependability. He is not afraid of whatever challenge is brought before him. I had him work on my deck which badly needed repair, and this spring I will be hiring him to repair and rebuild the drywall surrounding the fireplace in my study. In addition, he will be turning an unfinished storeroom into a walk-in closet.

Plaster Repair
I would not hesitate to call Philip again. I had major Plaster damage in my home and Philip Fixed it right away faster and cheaper than we initially discussed. He is my go-to guy for any repairs around my home.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Nickerson handyman service is an excellent choice for me. We discussed a variety of projects that he will begin as soon as the weather allows. His estimates were very reasonable and he is open minded to my suggestions. He did the first two outdoor projects in very cold weather. He is quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend without reserve.
