The work has not been done as quoted. He said that in 5-7 days the part would be in and that has not occurred and its been 6 weeks after being paid in full. That's not how you do business..

After initial visit, said he had to order part, which we had to pay for up front. After more than 2 weeks with no contact, no returning phone calls, we made 1 last attempt & said we were going to report him. Then he called with excuses and set a new appointment which he cancelled 15 minutes before. I asked for refund which I have not gotten. I will not hire him again and it is doubtful I will use Home Advisor again if this is the kind of companies they support. I am out $168.

Would recommend to my family and friends. He responded to my call quickly.

Answered my call at 8:30 PM and came out the next day at 10:30 AM. Freezer not working on the refrigerator. Polite and explained problem in Detail as well as recommendations.

i would not hire Nick, replaced a motor in my ice maker and said he was 99.9% sure that would fix my problem of no ice, 2 days later still no ice so i called him back out, $437 later my problem is still not fixed and he won't get back to me, said he'd look up the part i needed after talking to electrolux to find out what i need, and a week later, still no call after i attempted to contact him. Hes always late for appointments and comes almost 2 hours past when he said he'd be here, or he forgets he made an appointment with you and says he got busy and forgot. i would not hire this pro!

Nick did fix my refrigerator, but it took him 6 days. He kept putting me off and I had to keep calling him. He finally told me he couldnt get the part and had to special order the part. He could of told me that up front and I would have understood.He did know the problem and fixed it at the cost of $725.00

My refrigerator was not staying cold and I had an ice build up in back. My fridge is 2 yrs old and Nick said it is a common problem with this model. He changed a part and defrosted ice and was done. 2 weeks later same problem. I called Nick and his assistant scheduled an appt for next day. Nick did not show so I called him and he said there was a mix up and he would call me back. He never called me back, and after several phone calls he does not answer. I cannot get in touch with him. It cost me $227.00. I would not recommend this company.

Look no further for a repair man! He came out right away and was wonderful. My husband and I were so impressed with the quality and reasonable price! I will definitely use him again.

Guaranteed his work, I paid him, my fridge did not work after service, he came again, did not fix fridge, said he would come back, but also said he would charge again. I do not think he knew what he was doing!

Nick was professional and well mannered. His fee was very reasonable and affordable. I would definitely have him again and I would recommend him to others.

Nick was very knowledgeable and really nice. You could tell he enjoys working with people and answered everyone of our questions. Our refrigerator works like it is brand new. He is our go to guy for all of our appliances from now on. He was at our house within an hour! We wholeheartedly recommend him!!
