The appliance repair company that we generally use had some health issues so we searched around. I couldnt get anyone to call me back and then came to Home Advisor. Nick was actually the only person to contact me. I wasnt quite sure because there were only a few reviews but they were good so I went ahead and hired him. From the get go he was very good to answer my questions, came out to diagnose the issue with our washing machine and then even reexplained to my husband later when I forgot what he told me! We did have to have a plumber come repair some things first and then scheduled Nick for the following day. He worked pretty fast, was very professional and our washing machine now works again! We would definitely use him again in the future.

Nick responded quickly, and was always right on time with appts. Even managed to come the day before a hurricane was forecast to get the job done. As a solo parent/homeowner, money is always a little tight for me, but I imagine Nick was on track with other providers in the area.

Nick was great. Responded quickly to my dishwasher problem, diagnosed it quickly (and correctly), ordered the part which arrived quickly, installed the new part the day it arrived ... and now I'm ready for my houseful of guests. Very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable, and he's nice to deal with, too. Wish I had more for him to work on! Pleasure doing business with him.
