Nico not only delivered a very professional painting job, but also came under budget and was able to complete the project before our deadline. His $35/hour rate was definitely one of the most competitive ones and he was very professional and attentive during the whole project. We are using Nico again to build and install a butcher s kitchen countertop. I definitely recommend Nico for any small or medium handyman, painting and woodwork project.
