Nicole Proffitt was very professional, gave a very price for what I needed her to do. I needed my home to be showroom ready for the sale of our house. Nicole provided me with the estimate one day and completed the job the next. I requested a very thorough cleaning including; cleaning two full bathrooms, vacuuming 2 bedrooms, hallway, living room and a bonus room. Shampoo carpets in bonus room and hallway. Disinfect kitchen, sweep kitchen and dining room. Mop kitchen and dining room. Dust bedrooms, bonus room. Nicole went above and beyond what I asked of her. She was friendly but professional. She did a deep clean throughout my entire apartment, kitchen really needed a deep clean along with the bathroom, she actually taught me how to keep my house clean, she did everything from the stove, floors, windows, baseboards and more. The first time she came she was here over 8 hours, every time she came she made sure if she missed anything to get it until finally my apartment looked brand new, I wish I had pictures. I’m so sad she moved out of state because nobody else has come close to doing what Nikki did, if you hire her you are lucky, because she’s top notch at what she does.
