Counter Intelligence

I hired them to install new granite countertops in a house my husband and I are about to place on the market. Their communication skills are the worst I have ever seen but unfortunately I had to deal with it being that we had paid a deposit of half the total job cost upfront. During removing old counters and old sink there was sheetrock damage that was severe. They also hauled off the old sink with the garbage disposal mount still attached so I had to go purchase a new one in order to install the garbage disposal again. The damage was also caused to kitchen cabinets that we just had refinished. After job was done and I was installing new drains I noticed a big chunk of granite that had been chipped off that rested close to the sink rim. On the left side granite is not flush with the piece of granite over the sink. The worst thing was that they left a 30inch space between granite in the space the stove was to go. I had to sand at granite using a diamond knife sharpener to smooth and allow room for the stove. It is still a very tight fit but manageable. The last thing is that on cuts of granite all corners are different 1 is rounded and 1 is square. I have called many times to resolve all my concerns and communication has been null. No return calls. I am highly disappointed with this company. Counter intelligence should not be used as the name does not represent the type of workmanship and customer service that was expected. There has still as of now been no resolution to any of the concerns I have expressed in voice-mail and in text messages. Totally ghosted now they have full payment. I would highly recommend NOT to use this company because it will only lead to disappointment and costing you more in the long wrong to get it fixed by someone else since they have no desire to fix it themselves and resolve your concerns. Horrible experience!!
