We had a poor experience with this company. While communication was consistently polite and professional, the service itself fell significantly short of the agreed scope. Based on our review, approximately 8 out of 10 cleanings did not meet expectations. In many cases, work appeared limited to trash removal, with multiple areas not serviced. Time on-site was often around one hour for the entire campus, and restroom cleaning appeared minimal, which aligned with complaints we received after service. Resolving these issues required repeated follow-up and a significant amount of time and effort on our end. At one point, we were told attempts had been made to contact us without response, which we were able to disprove with written records. Although a partial credit was offered, it did not reflect the extent of the service gaps. We ultimately chose to discontinue services.
