The gentleman who showed up was wonderful. He was prompt, came quickly, and was very kind during the whole project. Their pricing was high compared to the other quotes I received. The price was almost double of another quote.

Steve arrived right on time and immediately got to work installing 4 light fixtures. He completed the job in a timely fashion and them cleaned up. I am very satisfied with the work and would definitely hire Night Owl contractors again.

Originally requested replacement of fixtures when electrician arrived, he was able to repair units. Saved me hundreds in replacement costs. Very professional and did a GREAT JOB..... Will use for all electrical needs from now on.

They were the first to respond. Did the work the same day. Nice people. I would have rated higher, but they did not clean up after the job. I had to clean up where they drilled holes. They had to use my caulk to seal where they did the work because they where out. Forgot to quote the full price with taxes until after the job was done. Had to pay with check because they were not setup to take credit card payment.

"(consumer name withheld per their request), I have spoken to the crew and yes they used the remaining caulk they had prior to your job. Not cleaning up the mess they made and not knowing our credit card procedures is inexcusable. I will reprimand the lead technician and believe me this will never happen again with anyone. As far as our quoted price you were quoted the correct price. All purchases are taxed per state and county like any purchase one makes."

The electrician, Steve and his assistant were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Steve explained how the work would be done and also how much the charges would be. When finished with each job the crew spent time ensuring that they had done a thorough cleaning. Would highly recommend.

South-fair changed out nearly all of the fixtures throughout the house (including the foyer chandelier and the greatroom ceiling fan, both 20 feet up), changed every light switch, added over a dozen recessed can lights throughout, and mounted our TV above the fireplace. Everyone was very professional. We love how everything turned out, they really helped to update the house. We will use them in the future and would certainly recommend them!
