Nighthawk Security

Joe was great to work with. He did some problem solving with me over the phone then sent someone to come over and look at it. That young man was able to solve it in a matter of minutes. Very friendly, and took care of it the same day. I would highly recommend Nighthawk Security to anyone. I would certainly call them again!

Nighthawk delivered on their promises. They showed up on time for both appointments and completed the work efficiently and effectively. The technicians were professional at every step of the installation. They took time to explain their work and how to use the system. This is an experienced, knowledgeable and professional team.

Both the owner, who came out to look over our needs, and the technician, who set up the system, were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We've only just gotten the system, so I can't comment on its effectiveness yet, but our experience so far has been positive.

They value the customer and customer service.

Nighthawk Security was able to repair my existing security system and upgraded the memory so I wouldn't have the same problem down the road. Very professional and competent people, I highly recommend them.

We are just at the beginning of our service relationship with Nighthawk Security. Our experience so far has been excellent. Installation done on time by a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. Explained carefully and patiently all the details we two neophytes needed to know.

Smooth, quick, friendly service!

Great service and good pricing

Great service at a great price

Excellent! Professional, on-time, totally cleaned up everything after their work. Great people to work with.

Great experience with nighthawk! I purchased my own security cameras and needed help installing them. The technician was super knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. The job was done perfectly (and I’m sure it was a challenge - we live in a super old house!!). He made it seem easy! Highly recommend and will definitely be going to them for any future needs.

I’m very happy with my system and they were very responsive and prompt with installation!!

Would recommend and use again!

Randy was polite and knowledgable

They listened to the concerns I had and the information passed from my 1st call to the installer. I felt like they wanted to meet my needs and they did. Brittanie was a great 1st contact. She made me feel like I was having a conversation with a friend.

Great company. Used them to install a Ring doorbell and Camera. Would recommend them.

Very professional

Project: Installed Skybell doorbell. I'm really pleased with the product and the help setting up. Very courteous, helpful technician. I would definitely hire again.

They were quick and did a great job.

Very responsive, very professional. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future, if needed.

Get everything in righting.

Local company that has demonstrated to me that in fact it does provide quality customer service vs trying to deal with a large national security company provider.
