The provider contacted me via messaging after I submitted a request on a Angi website. The provider indicated a time and date that he would come out to perform the visual inspection for the appraisal at home. The provider did arrive on the date and time and took numerous photos of the home interior exterior and took measurements and photos of the home he stated that he will provide the written appraisal with a 10 days. As of today, we have not heard from him and and several messages to him have gone unanswered.

He showed up 1 week early for the appraisal and the quality was quite unprofessional.

Well he came to my house was here about 15 mins. He said my house was standard energy efficient. I spent 10 grand on a furnace that was a 96 percent and a water heater that is highly rated every light in my house is an led ang with most being on dimmers windows are all updated double pane. He called house with not updated since the 70s the same. One comp looked like it was built and never touched since the early 70s last 60s he said my fully remodeled home was only worth 6000 more for the difference i have 12 grand in my cabinets alone. He was 30,000 dollars off one of the sales prices on his comps which is also not updated and he deducted nothing. As a person seemed nice enough as an appraiser he in my opinion is incompetent. I would not recommend him to anyone.
