Prior to contacting Nightwatch Protection I contacted 2 other companies and I was completely disappointed with their customer service. I then contacted Nightwatch and instantly I was impressed with their professionalism. Needless to say, they installed my surveillance cameras and they were so professional and very friendly. System works good but can not see on computer. When I called them they said to download the OLD internet explorer which is no longer avalible. It works on my smart phone only

I would have liked to give them a 5 overall. The equipment is great, and the installation was quick and professional. The only issue I had was on the back end after the work was completed. The work took four hours less than quoted yet I was charged the full amount of the quote. When I asked for the credit back they tried to convince me to pay for the extra amount which just did not make sense and seemed shady. After several phone calls and emails over the course of a week I was able to get them to agree to give me the refund. It then took another two weeks and another phone call to actually get my money back. This was a pretty ridiculous ordeal to put a customer through to get back money that should have never been charged in the first place. If I use them again I will be paying cash or check.

Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. Worked hard for the job. Waited for other bids to come in. Patient. Kept in contact with me. Very happy with result. Very good at explaining product and service. Offered to come back out if any problems occur. Took 2 days to do each building, which was excellent due to challenging 1970s conditions.

They were very professional and quick. They weren't the least expensive but I go by the old adage "you get what you pay for". I was very happy with the whole process. The surveillance system they installed is a quality unit and has many features. The installer walked through the system with us, made sure cameras were aimed to our satisfaction, downloaded the APP on our phones and explained how to use everything. Everything was cleaned up and working great when they left. A+!

I hired Nightwatch Protecttion to install a security system. I had considered other comapnies but Nightwatch and the sales manager Ryan were great and able to thouroughly inform me of what I was getting and how to use it. I went with Pulse which allows you to access your system with your smart phone. They customized the system specifically for me and my needs. The customer service here is excellent and so is the quality of work and product. I will definately be recommending them to all my family and friends!

I hiried nightwatch Protection to install a security system in my home. I had considered some other comapnies but their customer service here is great! The sales pitch was great obviously since I went with them, but it was exactly that a pitch one in which ended with a strike out. I will never make that same mistake again. I just needed to figure out how to get out of this ridiculous 3 year agreement.
