Daniel is great to work with.He is a problem solver and good communicator. His estimates were timely and accurate. His crew expertly painted and repaired my Victorian era house in Macon. In addition to exterior painting (with power washing and rotted wood replacement) we had lots or exterior carpentry repairs. Stairs, doors, windows and sidings were done in addition to painting. His suggestions and advice were very helpful. All the work was done quickly and competently, despite bad weather. The house looks great. I will definitely use Niko's Painting and Carpentry again, and recommend them to my friends.

I had contacted Daniel Diaz to estimate my project of rotten wood on the soffits. He did the estimate promptly. His crew of Javier Toro, Sandra Calderon and Alejandro Calderon arrived at my house as promised and did an outstanding job repairing the wood on my house. Sandra painted our entire front porch even though only replacing trim around front columns was required. Javier and Alejandro did all the carpentry work and did a super quality job!!!!!!!!!! Their price was reasonable and their work was top notch. I would recommend Nikos Painting and Carpentry to anyone!!

From the first appointment for an estimate to the day the work was finished, everything was prompt and professional. Well organized and pleasant to work with. The wood trim on my house needed repairs and this was done perfectly, along with exterior and interior painting. At the end of each day the area was clean and neat with everything back in place. I highly recommend and will definitely hire them for the next project.
