Replaced an old water heater with a tankless water heater.

Terrible job! They came to replace an existing shower/tile. When removing the old shower, they damaged the wall outside of the bathroom. They told me I had to pay to have the patch work done for their mistake. Moreover, I went to Lowes and bought the shower set for them. The installation went from 900 to nearly 3000 because they said there was a need to take the old tile and wood to the DUMP! Why not simply dump it in my trash cans?! It made no sense at all. One lie after another. I paid them the initial amount owed. Not happy with their service nor honesty.

It's so refreshing to work with people who are humble--not all full of themselves--and honest! Nilmo and his associates went over and above in dealing with all the little things that needed attention. They gave me good suggestions on ways of proceeding. And, their prices are very fair and below what I was expecting to be charged. I'll use them again.

He came in and evaluated the pipe problem and did a quick yet reliable job. Was very friendly, reasonable rate and it is guaranteed.

These guys showed up in less than 2 hours, looked at my minor leak and did a simple test and told me what the real problem was.... and it was kind of serious. More than what I thought. 2 hours later, the pipe and pressure regulator were fixed properly, and I can rest assured that the building will not flood due to high pressure water going where it's not supposed to. Highly recommend these guys!!
