911 restoration answered within one hour when I placed a request for an estimate on the HomeAdvisor website. They came that morning, gave me a reasonable estimate and we set up a work schedule for the repairs. I was very impressed with the care they took to evaluate for possible damage and need for repair. Because I was paying for this restoration out of pocket, they were willing to negotiate price and I received a very reasonable discount. The machines were set up, function very well and were removed in an expeditious manner when the job was done. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend this company.

I called them as I needed someone to remove contaminated drywall and REPLACE said drywall in our apartment bathroom, from a toilet leak from the unit above. Their price was the best, and they did a decent job of keeping the contaminants out of the rest of the house. However, the restoration in their name is a joke. Restoring means replacing the drywall - they did not quote that work, did not perform the drywall job, nor had their drywall guy even call me, despite repeated promises that they would. Absolutely no follow up, and to me, an incomplete job. It was like I was bothering them.

They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
