At Nini Builders Llc, we've built our livelihoods on remodeling people's homes. From the simple to the lavish, we've experienced it all and we can help you every step of the way. No job is too small or too big for our knowledgeable crews. We've happily done it all for 30 years now! We've got all your needs covered: from residential remodels, to commercial damage repairs and everything in between. Mr. Nini and his crew made sure our wood repair project was completed to our total satisfaction. Any concerns along the way were addressed immediately and resolved. The job site was left neat and clean daily during the project. At completion, all debris was removed, the exterior swept and hosed down, and the interior was vacuumed. We are very happy with our results!

The company owner provided a fair cost to replace some drywall and anchor other drywall boards. The drywall technician was very knowledgeable and skilled. The project was completed satisfactory.

Did a great Job , fascia trim repair, looks great, replaced 36 ' linear feet 2x12 & 32' linear feet , 2 x 8 corner trim , with pressure treated lumber , caulked and painted , completed on schedule and cost. ,a real production crew, will use them again

They installed new tile roof, repaired soffit, painted the exterior of the house and pool deck, removed carpet and installed tile floor with new shoe molding, and did other things as needed (some interior painting, etc.). The quality of work was superb. They are fast and very reliable. I would very strongly recommend them!
