Chuck came to home on time and explained the process to restore my white carpet and remove some urine smells from my dogs. Chuck efficiently cleaned my entire upstairs and stairs. Tile & Grout Cleaning
Not only did Ninja supremely clean all the tile and grout in my commercial kitchen, including the walk in freezer and walk in fridge, but they polished all the stainless steel as well. BEAUTIFUL! There was also an extensive grease â situationâ in the walk in, from previous owner, and they took care of that, too. There is nothing Ninja canâ t handle. Very impressed, highly recommend! I submitted an inquiry through Angi's and Chuck called me within an hour to discuss; instead of asking me to measure the approx. square footage and all types of other complicated questions, he came to my house and did it all himself! His quote was HUNDREDS less than his competitors and the customer service FAR EXCEEDED! I only budgeted for tile cleaning but I was able to get the ENTIRE house done (tile and carpet), PLUS the kitchen rug, PLUS an end sofa. So happy!

Chuck clean, two bathtubs and shower, stalls, carpet, cleaning, vinyl plank in the kitchen, cleaned and sealed the slate tile on the front porch. Very happy with every aspect of his work. Highly recommend him.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
I did as instructed and took all the furniture off the floor so that when they arrive there would be no opticals when they clean this was for the entire home and all of the furniture. I also made arrangements for my spouse to be out of the home at another location for 2.5 days, he is on oxygen and handicapped. This was all arranged prior to the appoint set for this morning 7/20/2023. Last night I started receiving text messages from Rick that he had scheduled appointments and would not be available until 11am 7/20/2023. He then carried on unprofessionally through text messages between to 9-11pm ultimately canceling on me. His wording was horrendous and appeared to be inebriated in my opinion. He wanted me to leave my house unattended. When they wanted the job they immediately contacted me but when I had issues with their employee Rick I have not heard back from this business.

Couldn't have asked for better communication and professionalism. Good to know all the tile is clean, although because the grout is 23 years old, it wasn't quite as much of a dramatic change as I had hoped for looks-wise. But they thoroughly cleaned and sealed it. The wood-look tiles (darker) turned out really nice. All the guys were super friendly and professional.

An amazing experience. Ninja Restoration is an incredibly well organized company. Chuck arrived for both the quote and the cleaning exactly on time and did just an outstanding job. They were at our home for about 6 hours and when they left the tile floor just gleamed. They are fastidious and very careful. No scratches any where. My wife and I were most impressed.
