The work was done in a timely manner and was satisfactory. The gentleman who did the stretching was a bait chatty and kept me from doing things that I might have otherwise done while he was working. The cost was 1/3 what I was given as a quote from another company, so I was very happy with that.

The tech hired/contracted to stretch the carpet was extremely unprofessional. Use a different company or they need to hire a different contractor.
