I was initially skeptical of hiring Nissi Stone. my deciding factors were his communication skills and fair pricing along with a long customer review history from Homeadvisor. There were other installers less-expensive but it was hard to take a chance that did that not have the review history Nissi did. I worked on a kitchen granite install project which included all plumbing retrofitting, and tile backsplash install, all remotely as I don't live in the area. Samuel understood this dynamic and made sure I was informed and comfortable every step of the way with pictures videos and recommendations from his experience. Samuel made this dynamic extremely easy as though I was there. He showed the tools he used, the prep work beforehand any issues he anticipates in the project. His pricing was very fair, though he is not the cheapest. cheapest does not mean the best quality. he started work the next day (on a sunday!) and finished 2 days ahead of schedule. he has a lot of connections in the contractor community so do not hesitate to ask if he knows a guy... it feels good to help small business owners especially those that are family run. part of the reason prices are fair is he does not have the overhead of renting a large warehouse nor extra staff. this is a family run business we should all try to help as he only does the same with his clients. at a very minimum get an estimate from Samuel, but otherwise give him the project. I plan to work with him again.

Mr. Gamez was polite and professional from the beginning. He was prompt with setting up a consultation, and stood out from other prospects because of his knowledge and ability to accommodate slightly complex issues with ease. He was very reasonably priced, and went above and beyond to make us happy. Additionally, he completed the job faster than we expected! We could not be happier with the results - he has totally transformed our kitchen!

The owner, Samuel, was always on the job. He was very punctual and will keep you informed. Samuel also gave us some great recommendations about our project. We love our new granite countertops and backsplash and highly recommend Nissi Stone and Granite!

Samuel installed my countertops and did an Amazing job. He was very prompt and explained everything in detail. He was able to quickly but thoroughly complete the job and surpassed my expectations. He answered all my questions and even gave me tips for future projects. I will definitely be using him again.

They did a great job.

The countertops were installed excellently - they came on one of the coldest days we had in December and worked tirelessly to finish the job. They were professional and the quality was fabulous! I will hire them again when we are ready to do our counters in the bathrooms.

Make sure they seal the granite properly and examine granite one inch at a time before they leave or before paying

Samuel was very professional, highly reliable and on the schedule and budget. Worked cleanly and with great care in details and safety. This last behaivoir not always evident in other contractors I have had in the past. He and his team exhibited respect, a friendly attitude and puntuality as well as full commitment to meet and exceed expectations. The granite countertop and backsplash were impecably executed and the appliance installations and reconnections flawless. I fully recommend him for similar projects.

Samuel was very prompt in scheduling initial appointment to show me granite samples. Appointment was scheduled soon after that. He installed new granite countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. Samuel and Rolando were both very courteous and knowledgable with the task at hand. They paid attention to every detail and ensured they delivered quality work. They cleaned up after the demo and install. Protected carpet so not to soil it coming in and out of the house. I am very pleased with using them as my kitchen came our better than anticipated! Will definitely recommend and use them for future home projects.

Samuel was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job on the granite counter tops. He was careful and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. He removed a dividing "ledge" between my kitchen and living room that really opened it up, giving me more counter space and it is beautiful. I will hire him again when I do my bathroom counter tops.

My counters LOOK AMAZING!! I decided to go marble for my restrooms which they did not have samples, but Samuel recommended a great place to pick my slab. There were so many selections which made it easy to choose the right one. I am so pleased with the work Nissi Stone & Granite does! Samuel was very easy to work with and made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. He made every effort to answer my calls or he would promptly return my calls. He truely cared about the quality of his work and made sure I was happy. Great quality work, customer service and definitely value for money. A+ service I highly recommend!!
