He originally said 80.00 for front and back. Then he said that we never talked about the front. Plus he charged me an extra 20.00 for trimming 1 rose bush. He will use your garden tools to clean your yard as well. O and he charges tax. I would not recommend this man's service.

EXCELLENT experience with Nissi Sweeping Service! We had several HUGE overgrown weeds at the house we moved into and needed to get it cleared out ASAP. Jacob reached out to us within just a few minutes of us contacting Home Advisor. Within about an hour he was able to come take a look and give us an estimate! He cleared all of the weeds out very quickly, as well as some other weeds we had in our front yard. And the work he does is fantastic!! He's very friendly, fast & efficient. Fair pricing as well! If we have more landscaping needs in the future we will definitely be calling him again. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!

As he did ok. I didn?t feel completely satisfied. It still looks ?unclean?. Almost like he didn?t completely pick up. I also still see weeds poking through as if he missed them.

Mr. Jacob answered by Angis list request within minutes of submitting my request and phone number. Additionally, he came to my home that very day to give me an estimate, and I hired him on the spot. He was able to do the work early morning the very next day. My property was overwhelmed with weeds and I had a horrible 4 foot Cacti growing near my front door, a potential hazard to welcoming friends and family. With my neighbors permission, Mr. Jacob trimmed back their cacti and tree limbs hanging over my property and removed the 4 foot cacti near my front door. Additionally, sprayed my yard with weed killer. In short he was VERY professional, friendly, reasonable, and the work was EXCELLENT! Thank you Mr. Jacob for making my home look WONDERFUL! I highly recommend Nissi Sweeping Service to friends, family, and my neighbors.

He started early did all the work by himself took the weeds and junk in half a day. clean or rather pick all the grass and left the yard clean, really nice.

Great work!! Went above and beyond the front yard cleaning (pulling weeds and old trees, etc.) that I hired him for. Was also very helpful, with advice in areas that were not within his expertise, and offered suggestions about how best to go about filling the holes in my front yard, etc. Would definitely recommend.
