Jorge, one of the owners, understood very well our need and provided clear and transparent quotes with several options. Options ranges warranty wise, feature wise and budget which allowed me to easily discern what was the right solution to replace our 20 year old systems. Once we closed the deal, Jorge and company showed up following day with all the equipment and his team ready to replace both systems. Prep work impecable and cleaning afterward was spotless. Testing of both systems was done thoroughly and both systems we up and running before we went to bed. We prayed together and asked for blessing of the new systems and the company. I am glad to have chosen this company for we will have them service our systems for life.

I called home advisor and Jorge called me right away. I told him it sounded like the fan motor was going out. Juan showed up about 3 hours later and discovered that my fan motor was good but someone had stood on the AC and it was bent and the fan was rubbing against the compressor. He straightened it out, replaced the capacitor and cleaned the area at a very reasonable price. He had the opportunity to do work that wasn't needed but didn't. I appreciate their honesty and am definitely going to calling them again for my AC needs.

They were very polite and knowledgeable. They cover all my flooring while they were doing the install and clean up very nice before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

They were here for three days, kept leaving stating they had to buy parts (I had another heater company since and they said there was one small new part, nothing else). Each day it was something different, in the end they didn't fix my heater - I should have caught the fact that there isn't a license number or anything on the one invoice they did give me, didn't have parts or anything they had done to that point listed. I would not recommend, not sure they are licensed to do this :( Was sad at the results.
