(consumer name withheld per their request) wife gave us 3 big bath towels to lay the dishwasher on; in other to protect the dishwasher from scratching and also to protect the floor. 3. (consumer name withheld per their request) inspected the dishwasher and work area after our tech. assembling the dishwasher and when he seems all was in order he made payment. 4. (consumer name withheld per their request) did not call us to make any complain either about the dishwasher or the floor not until 7/16/17, which was about 109 hours after we worked on the Dishwasher 5. (consumer name withheld per their request) did inform David that a plumber and the manufacturer have worked on the dishwasher after us. The damage to the floor could have been from other parties. 6. It was when we declined full refund of the payment he made to us that he threatened to put up a claim against us damaging his floor. 7. (consumer name withheld per their request) seems not to have regards for the company policy; rather he want thing to be done his own way and with immediate effect. 8. (consumer name withheld per their request) /Wife should read the service agreement before signing it, as our policy are clearly stated on the back of the invoice. 9. The service call fees are not refundable at any condition of service provided. 10. We would like (consumer name withheld per their request) to explain how he knew it was our tech. that damaged it floor as claimed; knowing that He and his wife worked on the dishwasher, our tech. worked on the dishwasher, G.E service man worked on the dishwasher and his plumber also worked on it at the same work area as stated by (consumer name withheld per their request) 11. We believe (consumer name withheld per their request) wasn?t happy because his request for a full refund wasn?t granted and he decided to make further claim wish he clearly stated on his phone conversation when he called us earlier. 12. After speaking with the operational manager and we offer to refund him his full labor fees of $95 he turned it down and said he was going to small claim court to fill a fraud claim. 13. (consumer name withheld per their request) refused to sign out the other part of our invoice which his wife signed before she left the house, at as requested by the tech when he was done with his job. 14. (consumer name withheld per their request) attitude to our tech during his visit for the repair wasn?t pleasing. 15. We appeal to the customer over the phone for not been able to fix his dishwasher and we were more than happy to fully refund him $95 for the labor cost that was paid wish he turned down."
