Niz Masonry was a complete pleasure to work with. I had paver patio installed about 5 years ago and it needed be cleaned and all the joints had been cleaned and re-polysanded. A few area had to be fixed due to settling . They were prompt and came to do the job on time and completed as scheduled. Thank you Santos I highly recommend Niz Masonry.

They repaired my stone retaining wall and also my stone foundation very professional and they did great work. I would recommend them to all that ask and if needed I will use him in the future

Had a few prices they were right in the middle (fair price) he said next week and I said because of my neighbor I need it done as soon as possible. He was kind enough to start it the next day and worked Friday and Saturday to finish it. Plus it was Easter weekend. Did a great job I was very happy. Will have them back to do some other work for sure. NIZ Masonry they were very hard workers and Sontos was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

I had work done by this business and regret it. I was manipulated, overcharged, and not given clear explanations for the costs. As a woman, I felt talked down to and taken advantage of rather than treated with honesty or respect. Questions were brushed off instead of answered, and the entire experience felt predatory. I would not recommend this business.

I hired Santos of Niz from Niz Masonry to install new granite steps and to fix the cement platform on the the sides. He did an excellent job he came at the time and day he said he was going to start He finished the job in approximately a day and a half. He cleaned up all debris and took it away. His work is professional and absolutely beautiful. This is the first time that I have used him and I am definitely going to use him again and refer him out to friends, relatives and business associates to people that need a good mason. He knows what he's doing. He's respectful and very competent

Santos did an excellent job filling in a doorway and large cavity in our driveway. Water was leaking into the basement through a poorly designed doorway, adjacent to our driveway. I wanted him to fill in the door and the gap in the foundation wall and fill the hole in the driveway.. He was extremely professional and did the job quickly.

They also do two sets of stairs and a very long retaining wall. They are reliable and transformed our outdoor front and back stairs and retaining walls. They worked hard and great at communication. I would recommend to anyone needing any type of masonry work. They have transformed the outside of my house.

Santos came and provided and estimate quickly and his quote was very fair for the amount of work requested! He communicates quickly and got the stair repair and asphalt job repairing a hole done quickly. The results were great and we will hire Niz again.

I had a French drain installed on my side yard to keep water from seeping into my foundation. Not only was that completed but in addition the brick foundation was cement over around the whole foundation. Santos also dug around foundation under the ground level and reinforced the foundation. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly.

I would highly recommend Santos and his team. I had some sod installed and he did a great job. He was on time and very neat, organized and didnâ t rush to get the job done. I would definitely use him again.
