This is my first time using this service and I am beyond pleased I chose NjT electrical! He was available at the last minute for the job I needed. His pricing was as the best I received out of all the companies that gave me quotes. I will definitely hire him for more jobs. He went above and beyond! Due to some extra steps he had to take, the final price was higher than his initial price. But before he continued he let me know, he didnâ t just spring it on me at the end of the job. Even with the slight price increase he was still lower than the other quotes I received. Two words - hire him! You will not be disappointed. I wish all my encounters were like this!

We would definitely contact Mr. Williams for more household projects. He installed a gas cooktop with a downdraft for us. During the install, he discovered that the vent pipe being used by the old downdraft fan was too small. To ensure that we would have a working cooktop that evening, Mr. Williams went to the hardware store for new parts. The price of the project was very reasonable. He also followed COVID-19 safety protocols (mask, gloves, social distancing, staying within the worksite) for the entire project.

Maurice was very polite and professional. I had a VERY pain in the butt job that look longer than expected to finish but he just went with the flow and now i have dishwasher ! So far so good. Price was reasonable and he was knowledgeable about the job so i had confidence in his work from the begining . 10/10 would hire again .

Maurice did a great job with the disposal replacement. No issues at this point. He encountered a hiccup during installation due to the site conditions, and adjusted well with a minor change order. He also booked us quickly with flexibility. Polite and accomodating should be traits that will serve NJT well on future bookings.

Maurice provided excellent professional advice when measuring for my new dishwasher and recommending a replacement. The installation was seamless, and Maurice followed up with a courtesy call to make sure that the dishwasher was working properly. My one recommendation would be to establish an agreed-upon time frame for installation. Unforeseen circumstances delayed Maurice's availability to install the dishwasher, and I was able to work around the delay; not everyone has that flexibility.
