DO NOT USE NNX Construction or Max Nguyen for anything you want to build. Go find a Contractor on yelp with 4 stars. We signed with Max 2/21 to do a 2nd story build on our home. It has been hell and the house is still not done as of 4/24. He flooded our home two times when his crew failed to cover our home and then failed to cover our home properly. The flooding destroyed our wood floors and all the new sub floors. When they went to install our new TM Cobb double front doors the sub floor was warped and caused them to not close properly. None of the wood on our front lawn was lifted off the ground and covered for weather, it was all warped and moldy from all the rain in 2022 and 2023. His Forman â Managerâ Xavier caused so much damage to our home as he tried to install items (pocket doors, plumbing for the master and Jr master vanity, shower heads and so on. Plumbing was not properly measured, and he cut holes into the back of our vanities. He made our shower pan frame too big and it extended past our pocket door wall. I asked for it to be fixed and made smaller and they said it could not. We got the go ahead to have the tile installed and the plumbing fixtures that Xavier installed were not properly centered in the wall. The entire tiled wall needed to be re-done. Instead of my tile guy re-doing the tile properly. Max (or his wife (not a contractor) gave Xavier the go ahead to bash in the tile using a hammer, voiding our tile warranty and damaging the water barrier. Sadly, when we thought Max was a good contractor in the very beginning, we referred him to our friends. They passed final inspection June of 2023 and their home is still not completed with issue after issue being noted and needing to be fixed. We requested Lien Waivers from all the subs and he is not producing them. This company is a joke and should not have a license. Do not use them. You will have to find other contractors to come in and fix their work.
