the owner came with 1 other apro at painting and the both did a great job in 1 day clean up about a 4 butt nothing we could not do in less than a hour we will hire them both again

I was in need of a quick repair to my back steps but I never imagined that I would have them fixed same day! Work was completed in a timely manner. There was one small mistake but it was corrected quickly and to my satisfaction.

Manuel was at my house within a couple hours of me submitting my project. He quoted a great price and completed the job within a couple days. Our deck looks great!

Nivar Carpenter replaced deck board/added addl support and painted. He also removed a garage overhang that was rotted and repaired the garage roofline. I expect to hire him again for another project within the two weeks. Very pleasant to work with and the quality of work was very good.

First, we want to say that they were very quick to respond and we felt the initial price quoted was fair. They were very hard workers and we felt they were very invested in the job. However, the language barrier between us made communication difficult and caused a misunderstanding with our expectations, which was cleared up and fixed without issue on the day of the project. They did what we asked and it seems very sturdy but some of it seems a bit odd (like maybe this was their first time working with lattice?). Many of the cuts to the lattice are uneven and look jagged (some are perfect) and they kind of patched in the lattice to cover some of the support boards, etc. and it just looked strange. Additionally, they offered to lay cement in the small area under the deck and we agreed on an additional $200 (which seems high but we were willing to pay it for the convenience). The cement is very bumpy and looks unfinished. We also now need to paint the baseboards UNDER the lattice white because they look weird unfinished; we did not ask him to do this so I want to emphasize it is really not his fault but we wish he had let us know we should do it beforehand or offered to do it for an additional charge. $700 for this job (our deck is about 4x6 plus stairs) seems high but we paid it as we had agreed to the price. Then we received a message the next day that he is charging us an additional $36.61, which is roughly the cost charges professionals for using the site. This fee was not discussed in advance and when I reached out to chat help, they were not at all helpful and said they have nothing to do with payments. I do not want to give a totally negative review as he was a hard worker and saved us a lot of work but the overall experience with this site has not been a positive one. We really want to emphasize that they were hard workers and did the job they signed on for. The work was done moderately well (our issues are more aesthetic than anything else) so we were planning on giving a mostly positive review until we received the request for additional money on top of the $700 we already paid.

He very good at what he does and he is very precise he been working for me for over a year and he thorough his is a perfectionist

English language is limited but texting communication is much better!!
